Super Luchamania Action Figures

Hazard: The surface paints on the action figures contain excessive levels of lead which is prohibited under federal law.

Description: The recalled Mexican wrestling Super Luchamania action figures were sold in packs of 12. The multi-colored action figures are plastic, have plastic capes and measure about four inches tall. "Super Luchamania" is printed on the action figures' packaging.

Circo Children's Travel Cases

Hazard: The surface coating on the travel cases contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Description: The Circo brand label is found on the fabric handle attached to the top of the travel case. The girls' version has a heart/butterfly/daisy pattern on either a pink or teal background with a plush butterfly attached to the zipper pull. The boys' version has a pattern of three jet planes in red/blue/green on a red or blue airplane-patterened background with a blue plush jet plane attached to the zipper pull. Candy Dymanics Toxic Waste Nuclear Sludge Chew Bars

Hazard:The problem was discovered by the Californian Department of Public Health, found 0.24 parts per million of lead in a batch of cherry-flavored bars. The FDA doesn't allow more than 0.1 parts per million because even a little too much lead can cause health problems for little kids, infants and pregnant women.

Description:Toxic Waste® Nuclear Sludge® Cherry Chew Bar (UPC 0 89894 81430 6), Toxic Waste® Nuclear Sludge® Sour Apple Chew Bar (UPC 0 10684 81410 7), and Toxic Waste® Nuclear Sludge® Blue Raspberry Chew Bar (UPC 0 89894 81420 7). Each chew bar has a net wt. of 0.7 oz (20 g).

Hazard: The green surface coating of the screened logo Big Lizard™ body boards on the underside of the body board contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Description: This recall involves the 18" Kick Body Board. The boards have various designs on the front including peace signs, white hibiscus, or yellow smiley face. A green lizard and Big Lizard™ body boards are printed on the underside in green.

Children's Flip Flops Recalled by Alpargatas

Hazard: Decorative paint on the sole of the flip flops can contain levels of lead in excess of the federal standard.

Description: Flip flops of the Havaianas brand containing decorative paint were sold under the following model names: Baby Estampas, Baby Pets, Kids Apple, Kids Fairy, Kids Flores, Kids Lighthouse, Kids Monsters, Kids Surf, Baby Letrinhas, Kids Sports, Kids Candies, Kids Fun, Kids Love, Kids Sereias, Kids Speed, Kids Lucky Bug, Kids Pets, Kids Rock, Kids Slim, Kids Wonder Woman, Kids Small Flowers and Kids Tropical w/Kit. A photo of a representative flip flop is provided below. Havaianas flip flops without decorative paint are not being recalled.

Educational Craft Kits Recalled by FloraCraft

Hazard: The surface coating on the educational kit’s wires can contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Description: This recall involves the Solar System and the DNA children's educational craft kits sold under the FloraCraft and HYGLOSS brand names. The kits contain green coated wires that measure 14inches long and Styrofoam shapes. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The model number is located on the kit's packaging.

Children's Jewelry Craft Kits Recalled by Action Products

Hazard: The lobster clasps in both craft kits contain high levels of lead. The Abalone Necklace's pendant also contains high levels of lead. Lead can be toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Description: The recall includes the children's jewelry craft kits Abalone Necklace (item #67117) and Venetian Carnevale Necklace (item #67118). Both kits contain components to assemble necklaces including charms, beads, wire and clasps. The kit's name, model number, and Curiosity Kits are printed on the product's packaging.
